1. If cancellation or any loss or damage arises due to 'Force Majeure' such as acts of God, strikes, earthquakes, war, government actions, or any loss due to erratic water/electricity supply or damages thereof Move To Goa shall not be held liable.

2. Move To Goa will not be held liable for any accidents especially around the swimming Pool/Jacuzzi or any mishaps at our premises. We urge you to be careful and look after children & elderly guests around the pool & staircase.

3. Check-In : 2pm & Check-Out : 12 noon.  We will be happy to assist you with an early check-in/late check-out subject to availability.

4. All guests of Indian nationality are required to carry a valid photo ID. This is mandatory at the time of check-in.

5. All foreign nationals are advised to carry their Passport, valid visa & passport size photograph.

6. Any damage to property, furniture & fixtures is to be paid for by the guests before check-out.

7. 50% advance is required to book the property & balance payment is to be made at the time of check-in.

8. Cancellation Policy : Any booking cancelled more than 1 month before check-in will be entitled to full refund.

9. Cancellation Policy : Any cancellation between 15 days & 30 days prior to booking date shall be entitled to a 50% refund.

10. Cancellation Policy : Cancellations 14 days prior to check-in will not be entitled to any refund.​
